This Driver Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Emarketing and Solutions Inc., a registered company in Ontario, Canada, operating the platform EazyBeezy.ca (“EazyBeezy”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), and the individual registering as a delivery driver (“Driver”, “you”).
By registering as a driver on EazyBeezy.ca, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Independent Contractor Relationship
The Driver agrees and understands that they are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Emarketing and Solutions Inc.
Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer–employee relationship.
Information Collection & Consent
The Driver agrees to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to:
- Full name
- Contact details
- Government-issued identification
- Driver’s license
- Vehicle and insurance details
- Any other documents required for verification
The Driver consents to EazyBeezy collecting, storing, and using this information for operational, legal, payment, verification, and compliance purposes, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
Order Acceptance & Delivery Responsibility
- Once a delivery order is accepted, the Driver agrees to:
- Pick up the order promptly
- Deliver the order within the assigned time frame
- If a delivery cannot be completed on time, the Driver must
provide a valid and reasonable explanation (e.g., accident, road closure, emergency).
⚠️ Failure to deliver on time without a valid reason may result in account suspension or permanent deactivation.
Professional Conduct
The Driver agrees to:
- Communicate politely, respectfully, and professionally with:
- Customers (clients)
- Merchants (stores)
- EazyBeezy support staff
- Follow all delivery instructions accurately
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times
❌ Any form of misconduct, abuse, disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward customers, merchants, or EazyBeezy staff will result in immediate account deactivation.
Account Deactivation & Payments
- EazyBeezy reserves the right to suspend or deactivate a driver account at any time for:
- Repeated late deliveries without valid reasons
- Misconduct or disrespect
- Fraud, misuse, or policy violations
- Providing false or misleading information
- In the event of deactivation:
- The Driver will still receive any pending or earned payments for completed deliveries, subject to standard payment cycles and verification.
Compliance With Laws
The Driver agrees to comply with:
- All applicable Canadian federal, provincial (Ontario), and municipal laws
- Traffic laws and safety regulations
- Insurance and vehicle requirements at all times
Platform Usage
- The Driver must not misuse the EazyBeezy platform
- Account sharing, order manipulation, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited
- EazyBeezy may monitor delivery performance for quality and safety purposes
Limitation of Liability
EazyBeezy is not responsible for:
- Traffic violations
- Accidents
- Vehicle damage
- Personal injuries incurred during deliveries
The Driver assumes full responsibility for their actions while performing deliveries.
Agreement Updates
EazyBeezy reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
Acceptance
By registering as a driver on EazyBeezy.ca, the Driver confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this Agreement
- Agree to all terms and conditions
- Consent to information collection and platform policies
Electronic acceptance is legally binding.
