- I have read, understood, and agreed to the EazyBeezy Seller Partnership Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and Platform Policies.
- I understand that this checkbox acceptance constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement, equivalent to a signed contract.
- I confirm that all information provided during seller registration is true, accurate, and lawful.
Commission, Discounts & Payments
- I accept the commission percentage agreed with EazyBeezy.
- I agree to the discount structure, if any, discussed and approved.
- I understand that payments will be deposited within 3–4 business days after successful order completion, after deducting applicable commissions and fees.
Product Listing & Stock Responsibility
- I will ensure that all listed products are accurately described, properly priced, and available in stock.
- I will actively manage product availability using the seller portal enable/disable option.
- I understand that EazyBeezy is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect stock or listing information.
Order Fulfilment & Delivery
- I acknowledge that EazyBeezy drivers will visit my store to collect customer orders for delivery.
- I agree to prepare orders on time and in proper condition for pickup.
Product Quality & Returns
- I agree to provide good-quality, genuine, and safe products.
- For electronics, clothing, and physical goods, I agree to:
- Accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, incorrect, or faulty items within the approved return window.
- I understand that:
- Used, worn, misused, or long-used products are NOT eligible for return or refund.
- Returns are accepted only as per EazyBeezy’s return policy timelines.
Food Items, Allergies & Expiry Responsibility
- I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for all food and consumable items sold on the platform.
- I confirm that:
- No expired, unsafe, or near-expiry food items will be listed or sold.
- All food items comply with health, safety, and labeling regulations.
- I understand and agree that:
- EazyBeezy is NOT responsible for food quality, freshness, expiry dates, allergic reactions, or health-related issues.
- Any complaints, claims, refunds, or liabilities related to food items are solely my responsibility.
Non-Exclusivity & Cancellation
- I understand that this partnership is non-exclusive.
- I may cancel the partnership at any time, without penalties, fees, or long-term commitment.
- Upon cancellation:
- My products will be removed from the platform
- Any completed orders will be settled as per the normal payment cycle
